Attention Cycling enthusiast.
We have had a few weekends of no shows for both the Saturday am and Sunday am classes. We understand that things come up, and life may throw you a curve ball! Please be advised if you are a no -show for 2 classes or more in a two week period, you will not be able to sign for any spin class for two weeks. Thanks for your understanding.
Also, please do not cycle in the cycling room when no class is going on. Thank you!

7:30am class is being taught by Michele Dean she will do a combo kB/ and toning class.
8:30am class will be an hour long class. 60 minutes of KB/ Butts & Gutts. Joanne C is teaching this class.
THERE WILl NOT BE A 9:05 am class!

It is with a heavy heart that we say good bye to a dear friend and xo-worker Richard Deamelio. Richard was a wonderful at the front desk, he greeted everyone with a good morning, a smile and sometimes
he would have a funny and wise remark. He will certainly be missed for this and much, much more.
We appreciate all the kind words and will keep his memory in our hearts.
